Same - I can't wait for these things to become more widely available, and I am working towards helping with that. I believe that these materials will definitely appeal to a wider audience than just vegans. Many mainstream brands have used plant leathers, and they would never have done so if only vegans were the target audience. I'm looking forward to seeing what innovation brings :)
I know! We've always had fruit, mushrooms, cacti, all of that - but now we have the technology to turn them into fashion. Innovation is an incredible thing.
